Some handmade items sold by Wyrdcraft Workshop are created using patterns designed by independent designers or organisations. These patterns are used under valid commercial licences or with explicit permission, allowing Wyrdcraft Workshop to create and sell finished items.

Where applicable, the original pattern designer or organisation is credited on the individual product listing.

Wyrdcraft Workshop does not claim ownership of these patterns. All rights to the original designs remain with their respective creators.

Purchasing a finished handmade item from Wyrdcraft Workshop does not include any rights to the underlying pattern or design. Patterns are not sold, shared, copied, or distributed, either in physical or digital form.

This ensures we can continue to support independent designers while offering carefully crafted, handmade goods to our customers.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Wyrdcraft Workshop

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Wyrdcraft Workshop

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Wyrdcraft Workshop

• Redistribute content from Wyrdcraft Workshop

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Resale of Purchased Items

Items purchased from Wyrdcraft Workshop may be resold as finished products.

However, dropshipping or dropboxing is not supported or permitted. All items must be physically purchased from Wyrdcraft Workshop before being resold.

When reselling any item originally made by Wyrdcraft Workshop:

• The item must be clearly advertised as made by Wyrdcraft Workshop

• The reseller must not claim the item as their own handmade work or original design

• Product descriptions must not imply authorship, manufacture, or design ownership by the reseller

No rights are granted to reproduce, copy, modify for mass production, or create derivative works from items purchased, beyond the resale of the original, unaltered finished product.

Wyrdcraft Workshop reserves the right to withdraw permission to resell where items are misrepresented or where these terms are breached.

Comments

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Wyrdcraft Workshop does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before their presence on the website.

Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Wyrdcraft Workshop, its agents, and/or affiliates.
