Right to Cancel (Standard Items)

You have the right to cancel your order for standard or pre-made items within 30 days, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

The right to cancel does not apply to items that are custom-made or personalised.

Custom orders are discussed and agreed prior to work commencing, including design details, materials, finishes, and measurements. Items are made specifically to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Once work on a custom or made-to-order item has begun, cancellation and refunds are no longer available.

This does not affect your statutory rights. A refund, repair, or replacement will still be offered if the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Measurement Responsibility

For custom-made items, measurements are provided by the customer and used as the basis for production.

While Wyrdcraft Workshop may offer general guidance on how to take measurements, the accuracy and suitability of the final measurements remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds or returns will not be offered for issues arising solely from incorrect or inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer, provided the item has been made to the agreed measurements.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a fault, damage, or error on our part.

Handmade Variations

All items sold by Wyrdcraft Workshop are handmade. As a result, small variations in colour, texture, size, and finish may naturally occur and are part of the character of handmade products.

These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as faults or grounds for return or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

For eligible returns, we will reimburse payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days

  • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Refunds cannot be issued until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
